Now for my switch over. This is what I intended to do when I first registered, though my '68 was not yet "blue." Well, now it is!! I painted this car MYSELF--my first ever!!! Turned out pretty good, though not perfect. I guess I am my own worst critic because I know EVERY flaw intimately. From now on, my profile is dedicated to my '68.

About my '99: I bought this car on July 5th 2004 from a lot in Denver. I saw the ad on Autotrader on Friday, bought a ticket to Denver on Saturday, goofed off on Sunday the 4th, flew to Denver on Monday, and rolled into my driveway in Puyallup on Tuesday!!! If I were to have ordered a car new in 99, this is exactly the car I would have got! It is bone stock as far as I know. And after driving it over 1300 miles in 25 hours (with with 4 stops for gas/food/coffee, and one for a nap,) I can honestly say that I don't need to make any performance mods to it to be happy. I say this now, but why mess with a good thing? There are a few nicks and scatches and the front underside has some damage where the previous owner hit a curb, but overall it's a great car!
